Who We Are

Chambers Ireland, the largest business network in the country, brings together 36 local chambers across cities, towns, and communities nationwide. With members spanning every region and economic sector, we are uniquely positioned to understand the challenges businesses face and to represent their voices. Our mission is to see businesses thrive, and through initiatives like the SME WellBusiness Charter, we aim to provide practical support that helps businesses grow, strengthen, and succeed.

In Partnership with Healthy Ireland

The SME WellBusiness Charter has been created in partnership with Healthy Ireland. The programme is based on the principles of the Healthy Workplace Framework and was developed following a 2023 research project carried out by Chambers Ireland on behalf of Healthy Ireland. The research highlighted a clear need in the Chamber network for practical guidance and support in workplace wellbeing, particularly for SMEs, which this programme aims to address.
